About Me
Philosophy
I run a program focused on preparation for college on and off the softball field. I believe in developing the girls as both players and productive and beautiful young women. The program requires a good amount of discipline while promoting "softball life balance" allowing time for school, family, faith, and other important aspects of life.
College Recruiting
Over the years, I have been successful in the college placement of our student athletes. I spend time getting to know players and their families while working together to find a college that fits the needs of each individual player. Knowing that every young lady is different and has different goals, we work together to find them the best fit for a good college experience that will prepare them for their life goals.
Empire Fastpitch
We are a highly competitive program with the goal to create an environment where all athletes can be part of a positive culture geared towards development and growth on and off the field. As coaches, we will strive to be competitive at the highest levels of play while continuing to be positive role models and support for our young ladies without compromising integrity. With college softball as a goal, we educate our players and families about the recruiting process and encourage them to think with both short term and long term goals in mind when choosing a school to compete.
